By signing below, I give permission to Donnell Probst Photography and Project Hope to use the images created during my portrait session for business purposes, advertising, and publication in any medium, both in print and computer based. These uses may include, but are not limited to, using images for portfolio, samples, advertising, studio display, public display, licensing for printed publications and photo related items for resale in exchange for valuable consideration (one 8x10 print).
